Technical Requirements:
• Prefer M.S. in engineering with a minimum of B.S. in engineering (not engineering technology) with strong engineering fundamentals and a +3.0 GPA
• Some exposure to compressor and/or turbine flowpath design and analysis capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and leadership skills and experience integrating work in a team environment with the ability to balance a wide variety of responsibilities and maintain a customer focus.
• Able to work under tight time constraints to meet schedules and manufacturing deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated with good diagnostic and problem solving skills.
• Flexible with ability to work in fast growing, dynamic and rapid-paced workplace with minimal supervision.
• Superior communication and documentation skills including written and oral presentations, memos and reports.
• Must be a self-starter and willing to invest the time to learn.

Combustion Discipline Consultant

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The Combustion Discipline Consultant shall have a BS/MS/PhD in an applicable Engineering field plus over twenty years progressively more complex experience in design and development of engineering projects. The Combustion Discipline Consultant will have an extensive background in the design, development and delivery of gas turbine engine combustors. Candidates from either industry or academia would be considered. He/She should be proficient in performing analyses and correlations to enhance combustion design tools and methods. Consultant shall have extensive expertise with rotary atomizer systems and should have directly designed, developed, and evaluated rotary cup or slinger combustion systems. Consultant should have analytical, computational and experimental experience with slinger injectors and rotary combustors including fuel spray distribution, altitude ignition and performance and operability of these systems. He/She should demonstrate detailed experience with a small engine development program with key responsibility for the rotary cup or slinger combustion system aero and mechanical system design and integration. Consultant shall leverage his/her expertise and professional contacts to optimize technology transfer from key industry, university and government initiatives.

Education and Experience:
• MS/PhD in Engineering plus 20 or more years’ experience

Turbomachinery Thermal Analyst

Requirements:
· 0-5 years of industry experience in thermal or fluid system design
· MS or BS in mechanical or aerospace engineering
· US citizen or green card holder
· Grasp of fundamentals in areas of Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics, and Thermodynamics
· Skilled at managing compromise and characterizing risk to produce balanced design solutions
· Excellent interpersonal skills: experience integrating work in a team, interfacing with customer, etc
· Experience in Conjugate CFD and Finite Element is desirable
· Applied turbomachinery experience or related post-graduate focus is a plus

Marketing Assistant

0 to 3 years’ experience.
Must have excellent Microsoft power point, excel and word skills.

The position requires attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, typing proposals, technical writing, coordinating conferences, set up and tear down, creating company pamphlets and literature, website development and maintenance, and media marketing. Bachelors degree in Marketing or Engineering with emphasis and/or interest in Marketing.

Rotor Dynamics Bearing Analysis Engineer
Education and Experience:
• MS in Engineering with focus on rotordynamics, bearings, and/or seal design.
• Two years of work experience related to the design and analysis of turbomachinery
• Strong ability to create and provide oral and written technical presentations both internally and externally
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Team oriented
• Consistent work ethic

• Experience in dealing with customers is essential

Rotor-Dynamics and Bearing Analysis Engineer
As an Engineer you will do work associated with the design of aerodynamic development rigs, industrial gas turbines, rocket turbopumps, and small aero engines including:
• Dynamic analysis of rotors, bearings, dampers, and seals of turbomachinery products to meet customer and industry standards.
• System component design and analysis.
• Develop correlating field and prediction data.
• Creating and following laboratory experiments for design verification.
• Health monitoring development rig response.

Fluid Film Bearing Analysis Engineer

Education and Experience:
• BS/MS in Engineering with focus on tribology and bearing design
• 10+ years of work experience related to the design and analysis of fluid film and gas foil bearings
• Strong ability to create and provide oral and written technical presentations both internally and externally
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Team oriented
• Consistent work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Experience in dealing with customers is essential
• Must be able to work with customers to define and document requirements, address technical concerns, and provide project status
• Develop standards and guidelines for tasks being performed.
